Summer Meal Sites

The Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) is a federally assisted meal program that provides free, nutritious meals and snacks to children and teens up to age 18 in low-income areas throughout the summer months when they are out of school. For many kids struggling with food insecurity, school meals become a source of nutrition they rely on. When schools close that meal source is no longer available and families are left trying to make up that deficit.

Montana No Kid Hungry has partnered with many communities across the state to develop or upgrade a summer meal program.
